Job Description

Responsibilities & Activities:
  • Prepares annual business plan/target projection & sales strategies
  • Achieves the annual sales target of the branch focus products
  • Promotes new products and achieves the assigned targets
  • Facilitates and appoints new dealers as per annual target plan
  • Plans and executes promotional activities especially. 2 year warranty
  • Makes objective based sales tours as per norms and timely reporting
  • Monitors and achieves High/High medium dealers' sales targets
  • Responsible for effective dealer management fulfilling their requirements
  • Accountable for inventory planning & ageing stock control as per norms
  • Monitors area service in coordination with branch service engineer
  • Makes periodic market update with competitor information
  • Responsible for effective team building / motivation in the branch
  • Conducts branch monthly meetings and sends meeting minutes
  • Responsible for overall branch administration including statutory compliance, cash transactions & cost saving/control measures
  • Takes up additional tasks as and when assigned

  • Updating competitor price information in B2B
  • Forwarding monthly Branch & Dealer meeting reports / minutes of meeting
  • Tracking dealer stock levels against stock norms
